Management Team

Todd Tharpe is currently the President and CEO of TIKO Wire and Cable, Inc. Previously Tharpe was Manager, Siebel Ventures, for Siebel Systems, Inc., the world’s leading provider of eBusiness application software and member of the S&P 500. As Manager, he was responsible for expanding the Venture Program by making strategic investments in and developing early stage software companies through world class partnering initiatives. Previously, he was Strategic Alliance Manager, for OpenSite Technologies, Inc., which was acquired by Siebel for more than $500M in May 2000. Prior to OpenSite, Tharpe was Director of Sales and marketing for Copper Key Technologies, an early stage application software company focused on a variety of solutions for wireless communication providers. Tharpe has also held a variety of positions, each with increasing responsibility, for companies such as Lockheed Martin, McDonnel Douglas and The Boeing Company. Each role was in support of NASA’s Space Shuttle and International Space Station programs with responsibilities in financial management, payload processing operations, advanced software application development and international new business. He earned his B.S. in Business Management from the University of Central Florida.

Barbara Tharpe is currently the CFO of TIKO Wire and Cable, Inc. Barbara will be managing the day to day operations, financial planning and analysis and overall health of the business. Mrs. Tharpe is an accomplished custom home builder, financial planner and formerly a licensed real estate agent. Mrs. Tharpe is a graduate of the Blanton School of Business.
